Director of Customer Service

Cindy is a highly knowledgeable professional in the financial services industry, with over 40 years of experience under her belt. She has been an invaluable member of the Chartered Financial Services team since 2001, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service. Her extensive experience and knowledge in the field are evident in her license in Property and Casualty, as well as in the FLMI life designation that she holds.

Throughout her career, Cindy has demonstrated a commitment to providing the highest level of service to our clients. She receives much positive feedback regarding her dedication to her work. Cindy is known for her ability to effectively communicate with clients and understand their needs, and for her ability to provide clear and detailed explanations of insurance policies and procedures.

Outside of work, Cindy is an avid outdoors enthusiast who loves to fish and bird watch with her husband near their home in Virginia. They are also great travelers who enjoy exploring new places and cultures, and spending quality time with their two adult children. Cindy is also known for her culinary skills, particularly her baking skills, and she takes great pleasure in creating new desserts with hand-picked fruits of the season. In her leisure time, she also enjoys chocolate, a long bike ride, a good read and sipping on a Cosmo at sunset.
