Case Manager, Advisor Support Specialist

Erica is a valuable member of the Chartered Financial Services team, having joined the firm in November 2019. Since then, she has worked in various roles within the company and has found a particular passion for assisting clients with their onboarding for financial products and services. With her extensive prior experience in customer service, management, sales and leadership roles, Erica is well-suited to handle the diverse needs of Chartered Financial Services clients.

Erica’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and a minor in Public Health from Montclair State University. Her education in nutrition and public health has equipped her with a unique perspective when it comes to assisting our clients and our team, making her a valuable asset to Chartered Financial Services.

When she is not working, Erica can be found indulging in her many interests. She is an avid cook and enjoys experimenting with new recipes and ingredients. She also loves painting and finds it to be a great way to express herself creatively. Erica is also passionate about fitness and spends a lot of her free time working out, practicing yoga and keeping herself physically fit. In her free time, she also enjoys spending time with friends and family. She is particularly fond of the Jersey shore and spends her summers there at her parents’ home. As an animal lover, Erica also volunteers for animal rescue organizations and has two cats and a spoiled Shiba Inu at home.
